Mama Spice, a vibrant Jamaican restaurant in Pell City, Alabama, opened its doors on July 11, 2025. Founded by Ricardo Johnson, the establishment offers authentic island cuisine, including jerk chicken, oxtails with rice and beans, curry goat, and a selection of soups and Jamaican sodas.
Located at 1021 Martin Street, Mama Spice is known for its warm hospitality and lively atmosphere, featuring Jamaican murals and decor that transport guests straight to the islands. The restaurant operates daily, welcoming patrons to experience the rich flavors and culture of Jamaica in the heart of Pell City.
